Shipping and storage crates
- A modular transport and storage box made of 18 mm thick, water- and cooking-resistant plywood that is resistant to high loads for maximum protection.
- Due to its design, it can be ordered in both standard and custom sizes. It is suitable for manual or mechanical movement, and has a sliding base design. In the case of larger transport units, pallet jack access is provided.
- For smaller packaging units, a fixed or swivel wheel or braked design is also possible. The system can be further divided and compartmentalized as required.
- Mountable handles made of metal.
- Lid guides help to precisely align the lid, which is fixed to the box body with a metric screw lock.
- A silicone seal under the lid helps to achieve maximum air tightness.
- The interior contains a complete and multi-layered structure, which simultaneously prevents the entry of harmful substances (gases), stabilizes the internal temperature and humidity, and maintains them. It has a vibration-absorbing and vibration-reducing design.
- Additional special protective designs can be implemented on request.
- Fully insulated interior, lined with a minimum 22 mm thick Ethafoam ® foam board, which can be replaced with a similar foam board if required.
- An instrument holder nest can be created inside the box, in which a data collector suitable for monitoring the environment of the structure can be placed.
- External transparent varnish or paint coating depending on preference.
- Can be sealed against unauthorized opening.
- Can be equipped with corner reinforcement on special request.
- External painting of shipping marks. (e.g.: fragile, protect from moisture, rotation, etc.)
- Painting of a custom pattern is available on request. (e.g.: company’s own logo)
- The outer edges are rounded.
- After use, the transport box can be mounted on a table and easily stored.
